Remembrance day is an important day for all Australians. It is a special day for an entire nation to take some time during the day to remember all those that have served our country. Our school had a moving ceremony, we are proud of all our students who participated so respectfully.
As part of the Library's acknowledgement of the importance of Remembrance day a display was put up for all students and staff to feel encouraged to learn more about our country's history.

Come in and take a look at all the beautiful new books available in our Library. We have a great new selection of titles, hopefully one of them will be your 'must read' book for this month.

Great news for Ms Abrahams class. The Witches will be on channel 9Go on Friday night at 6:30pm. Now that you have borrowed the book from the Library why not watch the movie? Don't worry if you miss it, we will be trying to get it up on Clickview really soon.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new librarian, Ms Stanford.
Ms Stanford has said that she looks forward to lots of visits from both students and teachers, and is eager to help all of our community find their passion for reading. Please take some time to go and visit our new staff member and welcome her to our community.

Wednesday is Mindfulness day. Come in and spend some time with our school counsellor at lunch time to learn about stress management strategies.

The Bonnyrigg Reading Challenge has started. Earn Points for your House by reading, every Award you earn also gains points for your House. There will be a party at the end of the year to celebrate our reading achievements.
