Being organised is an important skill. To help your child learn how to be organised throughout the day and when studying please encourage them to use the following resources:
Study Planner Template (docx 13 KB)
This document provides an example of what your week could look like as well as a blank template to make your own planner. Remember to use colour for your planner to help activities stand out, or you may like to print out a blank template and laminate it so that you can write on it with an erasable marker and make changes when needed.
Mini Timetable Template (docx 13 KB)
This document provides a sample of a Senior Timetable. The blank template below the sample can be used for any Year group and is for you to complete with classes from the timetable provided by the school. Using colour helps make it easy to identify which classes will be on for the day so that you can pack the right equipment for your classes. This timetable is a great size to fit in your pocket if you cut it out and fold in half (so that you have week A on one side and week B on the other). If you laminate it the timetable will last all year.
